There are four steps to register:
1. Fill out the info form below.
2. Pay the registration fee.
3. Make hotel reservations.
4. Submit an abstract.
Please indicate on the registration page (not on the abstract) if you prefer an ORAL or a POSTER presentation. If no preference is given, then a POSTER presentation will be assumed. Note that most presentations may be posters. These poster sessions are dynamic events and not a put down!
